Milk Bar Crawl is a free guide to Polish milk bars. We don't ask you to create an account and we don't collect your name or email through this site. This page explains what little data is involved when you use it.

Who runs this site

Milk Bar Crawl, an independent guide run from Kraków, Poland. Contact: hello@milkbarcrawl.com.

Your location ("Milk bars near me")

If you tap "Milk bars near me" or "Sort by distance from me", your browser asks for permission to share your location. Distances are calculated on your device only. Your location is never sent to us or stored.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site remembers one setting in your browser's local storage: the currency you picked for prices. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Third-party services

To show the site, your browser connects to these services, which receive your IP address as part of a normal web request:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
• OpenStreetMap map tiles and the Leaflet map library (via unpkg) draw the maps.
• Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP) provides the exchange rates shown on the home page.
• Travelpayouts loads a small script that turns some links to travel services into affiliate links and verifies our partnership.

Links to Google Maps, Wolt, Bolt Food, Glovo, bars' own websites and travel partners take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

Affiliate links

Some links, for example to travel services, may be affiliate links. If you book through them, the partner or our affiliate network (Travelpayouts) may use a cookie to recognise that you came from us and pay us a small commission, at no extra cost to you. We don't receive any of your personal data from them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Since we don't store personal data through this site, there is usually nothing to hand over, but write to hello@milkbarcrawl.com with any question. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Changes

If we add new features, such as analytics or a newsletter, we'll update this page first.
