Wrocław's Christmas market is one of the biggest in Poland: wooden huts fill the whole Market Square (Rynek), Plac Solny, Świdnicka and Oławska streets. Mulled wine, pierogi, oscypek and grills, with the city's famous gnomes in Santa hats. Here are the dates, opening hours and where to get a proper lunch for 25–35 zł a few minutes from the Rynek.

Cheap lunch near the market milk bars
All milk bars →Most of Wrocław's milk bars are in or right next to the Old Town, a few minutes' walk from the market. A set lunch (soup and a main) at a milk bar usually costs 25–35 zł, about the price of two cups of mulled wine at the market. Do as the locals do: a proper hot lunch first, then back to the stalls after dark when the lights come on. These are the closest.
